All prescription medications supplied through our service require a valid prescription issued by a GPhC-registered or GMC-registered prescriber. Our clinical team will review your medical questionnaire and, where appropriate, issue a prescription. This process is subject to clinical assessment and approval.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only with Pharmacy Weight Loss Masham and cannot be transferred to third-party pharmacies unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion following investigation.
